How Rankd Works

From finding a playerto getting on court.

Rankd helps you find compatible tennis players nearby, arrange a time to play and keep everything in one place.

Start Playing

Your next tennis session in five simple steps.

Find someone who fits your level, location and availability, then arrange to play directly through Rankd. What happens after the game is up to you.

01 — Create your profile

Tell us how and where you play.

Create your player profile and share the information that helps Rankd find suitable players for you. No official tennis rating is required.

It only takes a few minutes.

02 — Find players

Discover compatible players nearby.

Browse local players and find people who fit your level, preferred distance and availability.

You decide who feels like the right fit.

03 — Send a challenge

Turn a profile into time on court.

Choose a player, suggest a date, time and tennis location, and send your challenge.

The other player can accept, decline or suggest an alternative.

04 — Arrange the details

Keep the coordination in one place.

Once the challenge is accepted, use the chat to confirm the remaining details without switching between different platforms.

Less searching. Less coordination. More time on court.

05 — Play tennis

Meet on court and play.

Rankd brings players together. The tennis itself remains what it should be: real people, a real court and a real game.

Play a Ranked Match or simply enjoy a Casual Hit.

After you play

You decide whether the result counts.

Steps 1 to 5 are the same for every tennis session. What happens afterwards depends on the format the two of you agreed.

Ranked Match

Submit and confirm the resultYour RTP is updated

Casual Hit

No result requiredNo RTP impact

Ranked Match only — Confirm the result

Both players confirm the result.

After a Ranked Match, both players enter the result independently. When both submissions agree, the result is confirmed and the RTP of both players is updated.

A Casual Hit has no result to submit, so this step does not apply.

Better Matches

Not just any player. The right player for you.

A good tennis session depends on more than proximity. Rankd helps you consider the factors that matter before sending a challenge.

Level

Find players whose current playing level is compatible with yours.

Location

Focus on people within a distance that works for you.

Availability

Connect with players whose schedules make playing together realistic.

Activity

See whether a player is actively looking to play.

Not sure about your level? That is normal.

You do not need a league position, club ranking or official tennis rating to join Rankd. A simple self-assessment helps establish your starting point.

As you play Ranked Matches and confirm the results, your RTP becomes more representative of your actual level.

Rankd is designed for players ranging from beginners to experienced club players.

Built on Trust

A result counts when both players confirm it.

In a Ranked Match, Rankd does not rely on one player reporting a result alone. Both players submit the outcome independently.

Matching submissions confirm the result. If the entries differ, the result is not automatically accepted and must be corrected.

  • Both players submit independently
  • Submissions are compared
  • Matching results become confirmed
  • Conflicting submissions trigger a correction flow
  • Confirmed results update the RTP of both players

This applies to Ranked Matches. A Casual Hit requires no result and does not affect your RTP.

Rankd gives you one place to manage the journey from finding a player to getting on court.
