Rankd may remove or restrict profile content that violates these Terms or harms the integrity of the platform.
6. Playing Level and Self-Assessment
Rankd may ask users to provide a playing-level self-assessment or similar information to support player matching.
You do not need an official tennis rating, league position or federation classification to use Rankd.
Your self-assessment should be honest and reasonable.
Rankd may use your self-assessment, match history, confirmed results and other activity to improve your player profile and matching recommendations over time.
7. Match Challenges

A match challenge may include:
- opponent
- proposed date
- proposed time
- proposed tennis location
- court-related details
- optional message
- match status
The other player may accept, decline or suggest an alternative where the product supports this.

Rankd does not provide medical advice, training supervision, safety supervision or emergency support.
If you have health concerns, you should seek appropriate medical advice before participating in physical activity.

- results for matches played by other people
- duplicate or artificial match results
Result submission may affect Rankd scores, rankings, player profiles or activity history.
12. Result Confirmation
Rankd may require both players to submit the result independently.
A result may become confirmed if both submissions match or otherwise meet Rankd's confirmation rules.
Only confirmed results may affect Rankd scores, rankings or player profile statistics.
If submitted results do not match, the result may be marked as disputed, unconfirmed or require correction.
Rankd may decide not to count a result if the result cannot be confirmed or appears unreliable.
13. Disputed Results
If players submit conflicting results, Rankd may provide a correction or dispute flow.
Users are expected to resolve result discrepancies honestly and in good faith.

14. No-Shows, Cancellations and Reliability
Users should only accept or arrange matches they genuinely intend to play.

Rankd does not guarantee that another user will attend a match or behave reliably.
